| Hobbies More than anything, I love to sleep! I
also love movies and books. Favorite
Movies – Withnail & I, Black Books,
Trainspotting, Beautiful people... In
general, films with a good sense of
humor. I also like old Soviet movies -
and retro in general. Favourite genre -
a tragi-comedy, because that’s what our
lives are. As for the literature I like
Nabokov, Johnatan Foer, now I’m reading
Faulkner, also I love "Zazie in the
Metro" and "Moomin." With proves my
infantilism. However, thanks to my
zodiac sign – Gemine –my infantilism is
combined with some mature traits. From
time to time one of them wins. I don’t
like theater, and I’m a passive
music-lover - as it plays around, I
listen and enjoy it, but I don’t buy any
albums nor download anything. I adore
rock 'n' roll from the 60s, it's
absolutely my type. Also, I like walking
tours around Moscow - I love to walk and
look at old houses. |
About Myself Hi! I was born in Moscow, my profession
is an English teacher, but worked mainly
as a translator or a manager in
international departments. As a child, I
dreamed of becoming a tram driver, or a
veterinarian. I’m still thinking of
becoming a tram driver ) I'm pretty
lazy, not sportive at all (of course, I
aspire to the swimming pool and
treadmill, but laziness prevails).
I'm pretty shy and get lost in big
companies. So I become an "observer" and
watch the others. But once I get used to
people it’s OK. (Well, or if I have a
drink.) As a teenager I was very
influenced by our Russian TV person
Alexander Gordon! His program, "Gloomy
morning". Thanks to him, I started
reading poetry, looking at things
critically and disliking most of my
classmates. I admired his ability to
call a fool - a fool. Also, I admire
people robbing art galleries. I've got a
little nervous autistic dog. I am very
skeptic about hiking, "positive people"
in the worst sense of the word and
healthy lifestyles. I think most people
around me would describe me as lost) |
